Removing the Basement Wall Forms
The walls were poured on Wednesday, Thursday the wall forms started to come down. I was surprised they removed the forms so quickly because the temperature was in the low 30's. But when I looked over the texture on the walls when the forms were removed from they looked really good, and I am definitely glad we got the textured brick walls rather than the flat walls. They finished up taking all of the forms down on Friday.
I talked with Curt to discuss the schedule going forward, and on Monday morning they will be
waterproofing the basement walls and then start back-filling immediately after that is complete. The framers should be here on Tuesday and it will take roughly a week and a half to two weeks to complete all of the framing!
